Not satisfied with your order or received the wrong size?
No problem! You can return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

How to return an order

  1. Complete the returns form completely.

  2. Send the product along with the completed form to the return address below.

  3. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, with tags and labels.

  • The product must not show any signs of use.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user.

  • We strongly recommend using tracked shipping.

Please note: Since our Warsaw store has permanently closed, returns are now handled by our international warehouse.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchange for the wrong size

  1. Please send an email toinfo@ewa-bizuteria.pl  with the order number, new size and a photo of the tag from the product received.

  2. You will receive an exchange form.

  3. Send the item with the completed form to the return address.

  4. Once we receive it, we will send you the correct size free of charge.

Replacement of defective products

  1. Please email us photos or a short video showing the defect and a brief description of the problem.

  2. Our team will analyze the evidence.

  3. If the defect is confirmed, we will send a replacement product at no cost.

  4. Once your replacement has been shipped, you will receive tracking information.

Note: Selecting an exchange excludes the right to a refund.

Important: Returns and exchanges cannot be processed without a completed return form included in your package. Please contact us first to obtain the appropriate form.
